29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):     Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:    a)	 Production Room #3:  On the 240 volt yellow power cord in the center area, an electrical power drop from the overhead area, the outer insulation was pulled away from the electrical plug, allowing strain to be placed on the inner electrical connections.      b)	 Main Processing Room, south end:  On the 110 volt flexible cord for the 48 inch Dayton Box Fan, the outer insulation was pulled away from the electrical plug, allowing strain to be placed on the inner electrical connections.
