1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. At the entrance to the parking lot of a commercial building at this site, an employee was working from an aerial lift approximately 25 feet above the ground without a lanyard attached to a suitable anchor point. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard.
