29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification. On or about August 1, 2012 and times prior thereto, north side of the building, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while engaged in installing metal siding. The employees utilized an air compressor with the power cord plugged into an outlet box that was hardwired into an open panel box.
