29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end: (a) Jobsite: 2407 Wheatland Circle, Murrysville, PA 15668; On or before July 31, 2012, employees were working and exposed to scaffold collapse and/or fall hazards of 16 feet 8 inches to ground level in that the scaffold extended beyond its ladder support by approximately 3 feet 8 inches. Employees were using the scaffold to replace vinyl siding.

Employees were using the scaffold to replace vinyl siding.
