Glen Oaks, NY An employee walking a plank (10' long x 10" width) on the second floor was not protected from falling. The employee fell approximately 16 ft. to the basement floor. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
