This violation was observed on the southeast corner of the renovated hospital building were one employee was operating a demolition (jack) hammer to break apart concrete and the employee was not wearing any eye protection.

This violation was observed on or about August 2, 2012, on the southeast side of the building where an employee was operating a Brute demolition (jack) hammer to break apart concrete and was not wearing any hearing protective devices.
