Employees were required to wear 3M N95 and N100 filtering face pieces while exposed to silica during work activities such as, but not limited to, scarifying, shot blasting, and grinding.      29 CFR 1926.103: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 29 CFR 1910.134 of this chapter.
