29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: On or about 05/17/2012, at 7401 W. Cypresshead Drive, Parkland, Florida, employees were conducting roofing work at a residential home at a heights of approximately 9 to 20 feet without a competent person to conduct frequent inspections to ensure fall protection was used thus resulting in an employee falling and receiving fatal injuries resulting in his death. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
