29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. The employer does not install guard rails on the scaffold. This violation was observed on or about July 31, 2012, on the west side of a newly built home where employees were exposed to a fall hazard when required to do masonry work from a platform of 15 feet without a guard rail system.
