29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1):     Live parts to which employees maybe exposed were not de-energized before employee work on or near them.     The employer did not de-energized a junction box  that had live exposed wires before employees were allowed near the box.   This violation was observed on or about 07/31/2012 where employees were exposed to an electrical hazard when they  performed work near live wires protruding from junction box.    Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that the employer is employing safety-related work practices to employes to prevent electrical shock.
