Such activities shall be performed only by experienced and trained employees selected for such work by the competent person.    1. Jobsite, 1701 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Northside - The employer did not ensure the mason's style walkthrough scaffolding was erected under the supervision and direction of a competent person. The scaffolding lacked fall protection, full planking, toeboards and adequate footings. Observed on or about August 2, 2012.
