29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees using a defective electric outlet: a) 1200 Clifford Street, Wilmington, DE - Employees were observed using a 120 volt electrical outlet, located in the second floor computer storage room. The outlet was pulled away from a metal wall and the metal conduit that held the electric wires were pulled apart. This exposed employees to an electric shock hazard. The violation was observed on or about July 31, 2012.

29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: a) 1200 Clifford Street, Wilmington, DE - Employees were observed using a portable Ground-fault circuit interrupter that was missing the ground pin, causing the path to ground from the circuits not to be continuous. This exposed the employees to an electric shock hazard. The violation was observed on or about July 31, 2012.
