29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. a) 1200 Clifford Street, Wilmington, DE - The employer permitted oxygen and a fuel-gas cylinder to be stored together, and did not have a non-combustible barrier between the cylinders. This exposed employees to a fire hazard. The violation was observed on or about July 31, 2012.

29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: a) 1200 Clifford Street, Wilmington, DE - Employees were observed using a 120 volt electric power strip to charge the batteries for the floor stripper. The power strip was missing a ground pin. The unit was plugged into a working GFCI outlet. This violation was observed on or about July 31, 2012.
