29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) Mitchco Enterprizes at 16649 Newport Court, Thornton, CO 80602: On or before August 4, 2012, the employer did not ensure that employees wore safety glasses when using or working in the vicinity of pneumatic nail guns. Condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes.

Note: If using these systems was infeasible or created a greater hazard, the employer did not develop and implement a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502: a) Mitchco Enterprizes at 16649 Newport Court, Thornton, CO 80602: On or before August 4, 2012, the employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when framing this garage. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 13 feet.
