29 CFR 1910.134(f): The employee was required to use a respirator without being fit tested with the same make, model, style and size of respirator that was to be used: (Construction Reference 1926.103) The employer requires employees to wear respirators but does not ensure that they wear the same make, model, and style they are fit tested for. This violation was observed on or about August 03, 2012, when employees were wearing 3M N95 respirators that were not the same model or style they had been fit tested for.
