29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: Jobsite located at 10714 E. Mt. Vernon, Wichita, KS; employees engaged in residential roofing work on a 5 in 12 pitched roof without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of up to 9 feet 7 inches from the eave to the ground. Fall protection available at the jobsite was not used.
