29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a)  Ortiz Construction at 9024 Sandpiper Drive, Frederick, CO 80504:  On or before August 4, 2012, the employer did not ensure that employees wore safety glasses when using or working in the vicinity of pneumatic nail guns.  Condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes.
