29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): Covers of outlet boxes having holes through which flexible cord pendants pass were not provided with bushings designed for the purpose or did not have smooth, well-rounded surfaces on which the cords may bear: Jobsite: The 110 volt lighting conductor wires were exposed to cutting hazards from the sharp edges on the electrical junction box with metallic stamped circle rings.
