(General Framing Contractor) failed to ensure one employee of Adolfo Meza (sub-contractor hired by American Framing) on the roof of building 100, installing the upper portion of fire walls from un-sheathed trusses used fall protection which exposed him to the hazards associated with falls of 18 feet 9 inches, eave to ground or 16 feet from top peak to second deck floor.
