29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) Kutztown University, Academic Forum - On or about August 7, 2012 two employees were installing a sign approximately 21 feet above grade from a JLG 600A aerial lift and were not tied off to the basket provided anchor points. No abatement certification or documentation required.
