29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b) a) 160 Stone Park Blvd, Pike Road, Al, Bldg. 100: On or about August 2, 2012 the employer failed to ensure two employees conducting work on the roof of building 100, installing facer from un-sheathed trusses used fall protection which exposed them to the hazards associated with falls of 18 feet 9 inches, eave to ground. b) 160 Stone Park Blvd, Pike Road, Al, Bldg. 100: On or about August 2, 2012 the employer failed to ensure one employee conducting work on the roof of building 100, installing the upper portion of fire walls from un-sheathed trusses used fall protection which exposed him to the hazards associated with falls of 18 feet 9 inches, eave to ground or 16 feet from top peak to second deck floor. Adolfo Meza, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316180249, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2012, with respect to a workplace location at 160 Stone Park Blvd, Pike Road, Alabama.
