29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) 2401 Veterans Blvd., Kenner, LA; The employer failed to ensure employee(s) wore safety harnesses when working from a JLG aerial lift. An employee was painting a pole approximately 15 feet above the ground. The employee was not wearing fall protection, exposing himself to a fall hazard.
