29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(i): When no mechanical equipment was being used the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8m) from the roof edge: a) Salvage Roofing / 9333 Tate Road, Erie, PA 16509: On or about August 7, 2012, personnel were conducting roofing work approximately 15-feet above ground level. The warning line system being utilized was positioned 2 to 3-feet from the edge of the roof.
