Unless specifically approved for locations containing both deposits of readily ignitable residue and explosive vapors, there shall be no electrical equipment in any spraying area, whereon deposits of combustible residues may readily accumulate, except wiring in rigid conduit or in boxes or fittings containing no taps, splices, or terminal connections.    A.) On or about August 8, 2012 at 51-18 Grand Avenue, 2nd Floor, Maspeth, NY 11378    A portable light source not specifcally approved for locations containing deposits of readily ignitiable/flammable residue or explosive vapors was observed plugged into an electrical outlet approximately six feet away from a spray painting operation exposing employees to spark/flame/fire hazards.
