29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Southbound along Route 309, Luzerne, PA; An employee walked on a fiber-optic line approximately 30 to 40 feet from one utility pole to another. The employee was approximately 15 feet above the ground without the use of fall protection and was exposed to a fall hazard, on or about 07/26/12.
