ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.    SERIOUS VIOLATION:    Evian Aluminum Siding Co. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection No. 311287403, Citation #1, Item #2, issued on 12/23/08 and the Final Order date on 08/13/09.
