Worksite, south - Employees engaged roof construction of a commercial building were observed working from the basket of an aerial lift, approximately 30 feet above the ground. Personal fall arrest systems were not used on, or about, 08/06/12.         Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
