29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points: a) 1st floor of the West Staircase of the North Tower: Temporary electric wire without protection against damage was passing through an unsecured metal door, on or about 8/2/2012. b) 6th floor of the East Staircase of the South Tower: Temporary #6 electric wire without protection against damage was passing through an unsecured metal door, on or about 8/2/2012.
