29 CFR 1910.101(b): " The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks shall be in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965:      a) Nova Services, Inc. located on 3028 North Summit Street in Toledo, OH: On or about August 8, 2012, the employer did not ensure that the compressed gas cylinders containing oxygen (oxidizer) was kept a minimum of 20 feet away from compressed gas cylinders containing acetylene (flammable) while stored in the welding area.  Failure to properly store the cylinders exposes employees to explosion hazards.     b) Nova Services, Inc. located on 3028 North Summit Street in Toledo, OH: On or about August 8, 2012, the employer did not ensure that empty compressed gas cylinders containing residual amounts of acetylene had the valve protector to protect cylinder valves from damage or being broken off.  Employees were at risk of struck-by hazards.    c) Nova Services, Inc. located on 3028 North Summit Street in Toledo, OH: On or about August 8, 2012, the employer did not ensure that the compressed gas cylinders containing argon, compressed gas cylinders containing oxygen, and compressed gas cylinders containing acetylene stored in the welding area were secured from falling.  Employees were at risk of serious leg and foot injuries if struck-by the falling cylinder.
