Failure to properly store the cylinders exposes employees to explosion hazards.     b) Nova Services, Inc. located on 3028 North Summit Street in Toledo, OH: On or about August 8, 2012, the employer did not ensure that empty compressed gas cylinders containing residual amounts of acetylene had the valve protector to protect cylinder valves from damage or being broken off.  Employees were at risk of struck-by hazards.    c) Nova Services, Inc. located on 3028 North Summit Street in Toledo, OH: On or about August 8, 2012, the employer did not ensure that the compressed gas cylinders containing argon, compressed gas cylinders containing oxygen, and compressed gas cylinders containing acetylene stored in the welding area were secured from falling.  Employees were at risk of serious leg and foot injuries if struck-by the falling cylinder.
