29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) 800 Country Club Drive, Bloomsburg, PA 17815; Employees were sheeting a 6/12 pitch residential roof without fall protection, they were exposed to a 22 foot fall hazard on the front side and a 25 foot 6 inch fall hazard on the backside of the residential home, on or about 07/23/12. Deer Ridge Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 116209180, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/27/2008, with respect to a workplace located at 861 Galen Drive, State Collage, PA.
