29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected: A.) Kennametal Inc., Northgate Circle - On or about 7/26/12, the periodic inspection only included a physical walk-around review of energy isolation points. The periodic inspection did not audit employees and/or review the authorized employees responsibilities under the energy control procedures. Employees performed servicing and maintenance work on machines/equipment that included, but was not limited to the crush AVS6X10 #2, the wheelabrator W-1, and the chrome furnace #7.
