29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii):     The building and/or facility owner(s) did not notify prospective employers, tenants, employees of the owner, and all employers of employees who would  be performing work within adjacent areas of the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material, at the work sites in their buildings and facilities in writing, or a personal communication between the owner and the person to whom notification must be given or their authorized representatives:    a.  767 Main Street - On or about August 9, 2012, employees of a trash removal company were working in the basement of the building, in which Asbstestos-Containing Materials had been previously identified on pipes that transected the basement area.  The building/facility owner had not provided notification to the employer of the employees who were working adjacent to the materials, performing clean-up activities, of the presence, location, and quantity of the Asbestos-containing materials.                                                                   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(6):     At the entrance of the mechanical rooms/areas in which employees could reasonably be expected to enter and which contained ACM and/or PACM, the building owner did not post signs identifying the material present, its location, and appropriate work practice which, if followed will ensure that asbestos containing material and/or presumed asbestos containing material will not be disturbed:    a.) 767 Main Street Basement - On or about 8/9/12, the building owner had not placed a sign on the basement door, an area containiing mechanical equipment, whihc stated the asbestos-contining materials present, the location of the materials, and the appropraite work practices, whch if follwoed will ensure that asbestos containing material and/or presumed asbestos-containing materials will not be disturbed.

29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(8)(i):     Where feasible, installed asbestos products did not contain a visible label:      Employees from a Trash removal company were in the basement for about 2 hours, picking up trash and removing it from the basement area of 767 Main Street.
