The Employer stores used car parts and junked vehicles in the yard area. There are two exit aisles; one of the aisles was obstructed by two parked cars, on or about 08/09/12.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
