OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):      The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of struck by and/or crushing injuries:     a) Employees working in Load/Unload were exposed to struck by and/or crushed by hazards from falling conveyor rack attachment bars, parts racks, bumpers, and/or other parts hanging from the overhead conveyor.  The conveyor attachment components and the racks were not being serviced and maintained in safe operating condition to prevent conveyor components from striking employees loading and unloading the conveyor.
