29 CFR 1910.176(b): Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they were stable and secure against sliding or collapse: (a)The Hertz Corporation at 2828 Walker Field Dr., Car Wash Location, Grand Junction, CO 81506: The used tires in the car wash bay were stacked in a precarious manner that was not limited in height and blocked to ensure they did not fall. This condition exposed the employees to a stuck by hazard.
