29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure: On or about August 09, 2012, employees were working on a roof of a residential home without wearing any fall protection. Employees were exposed to a potential fall of approximately 10 ft. to the ground below. CEBALLOS ROOFING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313501868, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001A AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 08, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 6833 CACTUS THRUSH DR., EL PASO, TX 79912. CEBALLOS ROOFING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313499063, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 28, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 13200 WALKER POST DR., HORIZON CITY, TX 79928.
