Employers must ensure that the in-plant transfer, handling, storage, and use of acetylene in cylinders comply with the provisions of CGA Pamphlet G-1-2003 ("Acetylene") (Compressed Gas Association, Inc., 11th ed., 2003).    On the South side of the facility near an entrance, Acetylene cylinders were not secured to keep them from being struck and knocked over becoming a fire and eruption hazard to the employees.
