29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):  Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews:      (a)Aplin Masonry LLC at 100 Difficult Ln., Aspen, CO 81611:  On August 7, 2012 the employer did not ensure employees working from a scaffold were protected from falls via the use of complete guardrail systems along all open sides of the scaffold. The scaffold used on the south side of the building had the cross bracing installed as a mid-rail however a top rail was not installed. This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 18 feet.
