29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2):     Traffic control signs or devices used for protection of construction workers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), 1988 Edition, Revision 3, September 3, 1993, FHWA-SA-94-027 or Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, Millenium Edition, December 2000, FHWA.    Electric Conduit Construction Co. did not conform to section 6C.10 of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), Millennium Edition, when employees worked near the traveled way without coordinating two-way traffic movement using a single common lane on West Van Emmon Street.      Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19 (c).
