On or about August 9. 2012, employees used a ladder, which was set up on the sidewalk that led to the main entrance of the school, to reach the front overhang level of the building.  The ladder was extended less than 3 feet above the overhang and this condition resulted in a fall hazard.  The fall distance to the concrete surface below was about 18 feet.
