29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use: (a) The ammunition in the storage closet did not have safety data sheets for each brand and type of ammunition, including but not limited to: Federal Ammunition BC40P1, Winchester Ranger Q4355, Winchester Ranger 9mm Luger, CCI Blazer, 40 S&W Federal Classic, and the Super X Rifle Slugs. (b) Storage Closet: The gun cleaning chemicals including but not limited to Hoppes Nitro Solvent, Gunslick Nitro Solvent, and Break-Free cleaner did not have safety data sheets.
