The erection and maintenance of control lines, warning lines, railings, or similar barriers was not feasible on the ground.  Potential swing/crush zone warning signs were not posted to make Mobile Crane Services' employees aware of potential struck-by and crushing hazards by the rotating superstructure of the crane.
