29 CFR 1910.1200(h):   Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and -2 on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced in    Facility: The employees have not been trained on the safety and health hazards of chemicals such as, but not limited to sulfuric acid and chromium III.    The C & R Metal Finishing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200 (h), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 314039165, Citation Number 1, Item Number 13b and was affirmed as a final order on 11/02/2010, with respect to a workplace location at 1211 Anvil Road, Machesney Park, IL.    No abatement or certification is required for this item.
