WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314737438, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 3, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 2, 2010 WITH A FINAL ABATEMENT DATE OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE HAZARD AT 1220 HIGHWAY 71 SOUTH, FORT SMITH, AR 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: On or about August 7, 2012, at an apartment complex renovation site, employees were working on a scaffold that was not fully planked, exposing employees to the hazard of falls.
