29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Jobsite at 140 Loudville Rd., Northampton, MA: On or about July 11, 2012, employees were observed working from an open-sided deck 14'1" in height on this residence being renovated without any fall protection as required by this subpart.
