OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):     The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards from being caught in a pinch point:      Rotary Die Cutter Machine, 100 Simplex Dr., Westminster, MA.      On 8/21/12 and times prior, employees installing and removing pull straps on a Titan Rotary Die Cutter Machine were exposed to injury from pull straps being jerked into the machine by interior rotating rollers.     Among other means, one feasible means of abatement would be to direct employees to only handle pull straps being installed or removed from the machine with a hand tool incapable of fitting into the pinch point.
