29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: (a) Howard Johnson Hotel, employees in the process of roofing activities on a 4 in 12 (vertical to horizontal) roof were exposed to an 20' 04" fall hazard. Fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized and no safety monitor was present, in that, all employees on the roof were working, observed on or about 08/07/12. CURRY'S ROOFING OF CITRUS COUNTY INC, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR VIOLATIONS OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1926.501(b)(10) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315498063, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 04/18/2011 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 4135 S. SUNCOAST BLVD., HOMOSASSA SPRINGS FL. CURRY'S ROOFING OF CITRUS COUNTY INC, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR VIOLATIONS OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1926.501(b)(10) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315497735, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 04/18/2011 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 721 S.
