29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):     Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and fuardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.    a) PDQ Restaurant, employees in the process of roofing activities, on a 4 in 12 slope (vertical to horizontal) roof, were exposed to an 20'8" fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized, observed on or about 08/07/2012.    RAMCON LLC, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR VIOLATIONS OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1926.501(b)(10) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 316452051, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, WHICH WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 05/16/2012 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 4340 W. HILLSBOROUGH AVE., TAMPA, FL.    RAMCON LLC, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR VIOLATIONS OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1926.501(b)(10) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313007791, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, WHICH WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 02/17/2009 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 509 E.
