29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) For the construction site at 8020 Sanderling Road, Siesta Key, FL 34242, as observed on or about 08/02/2012, an employee of D&D Custom Builders, Inc. was exposed to stair fall hazards on the side of the building ranging from 5 ft. to 11 ft. due to missing hand rails and stair rails on stairs being used to deliver material to an upper floor.
