29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:    a) For the construction site at 8020 Sanderling Rd., Siesta Key, FL 34242, as observed on or about 08/02/2012: employees were exposed to stair fall hazards up to 11 ft. while using the front concrete fixed stairs which had no grab rails or stair rails.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings shall be provided with guardrail systems. Guardrail system criteria are contained in subpart M of this part.    a) For the construction site at 8020 Sanderling Rd., Siesta Key, FL 34242, as observed on or about 08/02/2012: employees were exposed to stair landing fall hazards of up to 11 ft. while using the front concrete fixed stairs which had no guardrails at the top and bottom landings.
